This is a formal thank you to Bryan. He was spraying my townhouse this past Tuesday. After spraying inside he went outside to finish up. I left for work before he was finished. When I picked up my mail the following day I noticed there was a note from him letting me know my basement window well drains were stopped up and collecting water due to the melting from the heavy snow we had just had. Thanks to him I was able to notify the condo management of this problem before I had water in my basement and they will take care of it immediately. If it hadn't been for his thoughtful note this problem could have been very costly. So Bryan, a million thanks for taking a little bit of extra time to write me a note and stick it in my mailbox.
